Master Classes

Ready to go to the next level? Take a 4 or 8 hour master class with one of our New York Times bestselling authors or nationally known artists. The Master Class fee includes entry into the rest of the conference.

Workshops

2 hour workshops in both art and writing will be held throughout the conference.

Teen classes

Classes geared for 12-18 year old writers and artists will develop and improve skills through creativity-stretching courses. Classes will include poetry, short story, story structure, sculpture, drawing and much more.

3 to 1 Editing Workshop

Do you need a jumpstart on editing your story or just a new set of eyes for a work in progress? Sign up for a free editing session. A published author will lead a group of three through editing 1-3 pages.

Special events will be happening throughout the conference, and include award shows for our writing contest, book launches for authors, book launch parties and more.

FyreCon works to provide intensive classes for creators of science fiction and fantasy works. We believe this is best achieved by creating an environment where professional artists and authors can directly interact with attendees on a personal level. To achieve our goals, we partner with subject matter experts both within and without the creative community where technology fuels creativity and creativity fuels technological advances. FyreCon is for creators of all ages, and we believe it is never too late or too early to start creating.
